Attendance Reports
Filter attendance by date, class or student and export the displayed records as CSV or PDF. PDF export is available after generating a report.
Monthly Student Attendance Summary
Attendance percentage = (Present + Late + Left Early) ÷ recorded attendance days × 100. Excused days are excluded from the denominator. Unrecorded school days are not counted.
Student Attendance History
View daily attendance and recorded-day percentages for an individual student. Unrecorded school days are not counted.
Students Needing Attention
Based on recorded attendance for the selected month. Low attendance: below 75%; frequent absence: 3 or more absent days; repeated lateness: 3 or more late days. These indicators do not imply a reason for absence.
Parent Absence WhatsApp Notifications
Free manual sending: WhatsApp opens with a prepared message. You must review and tap Send yourself. Only guardians with recorded WhatsApp consent and valid Pakistani mobile numbers are included. No automatic messages are sent.
Parent Absence Email Notifications (optional)
Manual sending only. Guardian email and explicit opt-in are required in the student profile. Use fictional student records until safeguarding testing is complete. Each absence is emailed at most once per guardian address and date.

Manage weekly lessons and school closures. Times use the school's local clock (Pakistan time for Pakistan schools). Only school administrators can edit.

Whole Class Results
See all students and subjects for a selected test or exam. Includes historical results from students who have moved classes.
Student Combined Results Sheet
Select the student's current class and name to see saved tests and exams from all classes they have attended. Teachers submit each subject independently.
Choose the term date range and assessment type. The combined report groups marks by subject; individual assessments remain available.
School grading rules (admin)
One grade per line in the format A:80. Example only: A:80, B:70, C:60, D:50, F:0. Each school chooses its own boundaries. Include 0%.
To save remarks, enter a report title plus both term dates and select a student. Existing remarks are reloaded for that exact report.
Unpaid Fees & Family Records
WhatsApp fee reminders are available beside unpaid students with a recorded balance and guardian consent. Sending requires confirmation in WhatsApp.

School kiosk
The school name and registered logo are shown on its kiosk. The school ID in the link identifies the school securely; teachers still need their own PIN.
Teacher Attendance · School GPS Boundary
Set the school centre while physically on campus. Staff clock-in and clock-out will require GPS within this boundary once the teacher kiosk is enabled. Location access requires HTTPS and permission.
Academic Years & Annual Promotions
Review and validate each student before confirming. Future academic years are review-only. Eligible-year confirmations permanently update student classes and roll numbers.

Teacher Kiosk Registration
Generate a unique 4-digit staff PIN automatically and upload a clear teacher photograph. The PIN is displayed once for you to give privately to the teacher. Generating a replacement invalidates the old PIN.
Keep this PIN private. If you close the panel, generate a replacement to see a new PIN.
Students
Teacher Subject / Classes Allocation
Assign multiple subject/class combinations to a teacher. Attendance remains limited to their one in-charge class.
Manage Subjects
Add subjects to your school list. Subjects with teacher assignments or saved results cannot be deleted.
